1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Wearhouse Co., you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Wearhouse Co. is operated by Serasinghage Visal Panduka Perera, based in Moratuwa, Sri Lanka.

2. Products

All products are subject to availability. Colours in product photographs may vary slightly from actual products due to photography lighting. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and bank transfer to Commercial Bank, Moratuwa Branch (Account: 2001068553). Wearhouse Co. reserves the right to change prices at any time.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Wearhouse Co. delivers islandwide via CityPak, PickMe Flash, and Uber Parcel. Delivery takes 2–3 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery partners or external factors.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We offer an exchange policy within 24 hours of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. We do not offer cash refunds. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, logos, and text are the property of Wearhouse Co. and may not be used without written permission.
