At Wearhouse Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer an easy exchange policy within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note that we currently offer exchanges only, not refunds.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Free from any damage, stains, or odours
• Returned within 24 hours of delivery

How to Request an Exchange

1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp at +94 70 369 9928
2. Share your order number and the reason for the exchange, along with a photo of the item
3. Our team will confirm the exchange and provide return shipping instructions
4. Return the item via any delivery service. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the item is defective
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch your exchange within 1–2 business days

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping cost and send you a replacement at no additional cost.
